Terms and Conditions
We at Midland Parrots are members of the NMTF.
Thus ensuring we have all the required Insurance Cover
Public, Product,& Employers Liability Insurance.
We try where possible to dispatch goods the next working day.
Large Items may take up to 5 working days, however we will always advise you of any delay, by email or telephone call.
We use the post office for small items and for larger items we try where possible to use Next Day Courier Service. A tracker Number can be emailed to you on request.
No monies will be taken from your Credit/Debit until the goods are ready for despatch.
As members of the National Market Traders Federation you know that you can buy with confidence.
If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately we are unable to send deliveries outside the UK mainland, Customers in the Scottish Highland or Island should contact us for delivery costs.
Small Items are not generally a problem but larger items are surchared by the courier services.
